Leadership

     Colonel Nishonov Sherzod Bakhtiyarovich was born on April 17, 1975 in Tashkent region. Education - higher, graduated from Tashkent State Technical University in 1997 with a degree in mechanical engineering.

     He began his career in February 2000 as a student at the Training Center of the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city.

     In July 2000, he was appointed to the post of duty officer of the 3rd Centralized Protection Station of the Department of Protection of Department of Internal Affairs of Mirzo-Ulugbek district of Tashkent city.

     Later he continued to serve in various senior positions in the Directorate of Protection at the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of Tashkent city, as deputy head of the district department of protection, head of the directorate of protection and commander of a separate battalion.

     From March 2021 to August 2021, he served as First Deputy Head of the Directorate of Protection of Tashkent region of the National Guard for organizing and coordinating the service.

     In August 2021, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Protection of the National Guard for the implementation of information communications and protection technologies.

     Since March 2025, he has been serving as the Deputy Head of the Department of Protection under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for digital technologies.

     Throughout his career, he was repeatedly rewarded by the administration for exemplary work.

     Married, has two children.

ㅤ    Colonel Bobur Sobirjonovich Jumayev was born on December 23, 1986, in Navoi region.

     He has a higher education degree, graduating in 2007 from the Tashkent Higher Military Technical University of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan with a specialization in “Organization of the Prison System (Jurisprudence)”.

     He began his career in July 2007 as an inspector for prevention at the district police station of the Department for the Prevention of Offenses of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Tashkent region.

     He subsequently served as inspector, senior inspector of the personnel department of the Security Directorate of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Tashkent Region, senior inspector of the Professional and Combat Training Group, deputy commander of a separate police battalion, and head of the Security Directorate of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Bostanlyk District.

     Until November 2021, he continued to serve as head of the Security Department of the Bostanlyk District of the Security Department of the National Guard of the Tashkent Region, and since November 2021, he has served as deputy head of the Security Department of the National Guard of the Tashkent Region for youth affairs.

     Since October 2022, he has held the position of deputy head of the Main Security Department of the National Guard for youth affairs.

     Since March 2025, he has been serving as the Deputy Head of the Department of Protection under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for for spiritual and educational work and personnel support.

     Has been repeatedly awarded by the leadership for exemplary service.

     Married and has three children.

     Lieutenant Colonel Inagamov Bakhadir Kudratjanovich was born on June 12, 1979 in Tashkent city. Education - higher, in 2001 graduated from Tashkent State University of Economics with a master's degree in international economic relations, in 2003 - International monetary and credit relations.

     He began his independent career in January 2003 as an economist of the 1st category of the Finance Department of the Khokimiyat of the Tashkent region. In January 2004, he was appointed Deputy head of the Finance Department of the Tashkent district Khokimiyat of the Tashkent region - Head of the budget Inspectorate. In February 2006, he was appointed head of the Tashkent District Statistics Department. He held the position until July 2008.

     He started his career in July 2008 as Chief Accountant of the Department of Finance and Economy of the Republican Association "Kuriklash" under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

     Later, from March 2019, he continued to work as the head of the Financial and Economic Department of the Main Directorate of Protection of the National Guard.

     Since March 2021, he has been appointed Acting Deputy Head of the Main Directorate of Protection of the National Guard for Financial and Material Support.

     Has been approved for this position since September 2021.

     Since March 2025, he has been serving as the Deputy Head of the Department of Protection under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan – Head of the Directorate of Financial and Material-Technical Support.

     Throughout his career, he was repeatedly rewarded by the management for exemplary work.

     Married, has three children.
