These days, throughout the republic, employees of the territorial divisions of the Main Directorate of "Protection", together with other organizations, conduct military-patriotic, entertainment and sports events, as well as meetings of three generations in order to increase the interest of young people in the military profession, educate the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism and spend their free time usefully.
On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan and January 14 - Defenders of the Motherland Day, officials of the territorial divisions of the Main Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard visited the families of colleagues who died in the line of duty, as well as employees who retired due to their injuries. During the visits, the guests handed over basic food and cash from the command of the National Guard.
Today, a solemn videoconference event dedicated to the 33rd anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces and Defenders of the Motherland Day was held at the Main Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard.
On the eve of the celebration of the 33rd anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces and on January 14 – Day of Defenders of the Motherland, new administrative buildings of the "Protection" departments of the National Guard of Khojeyli district of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, Pap district of Namangan region and Jizzakh city were commissioned.
Employees visited the families of colleagues who died in the line of duty
On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the formation of the Armed Forces of the Republic of Uzbekistan, military-patriotic events are being held throughout the republic under the motto "The Army of the New Uzbekistan is the backbone of the country, the pride of our people!". In particular, such an event took place recently at the Presidential School of Davlatabad district of Namangan city on the initiative of the National Guard Department for Namangan region and the Directorate of "Protection".
Various events and meetings are organized in the regions in order to spend the free time of pupils with benefit, as well as strengthen in their hearts feelings of love and belonging to the fate of the motherland. For example, the other day, at the initiative of the Directorate of "Protection" of the National Guard of Andijan region, an excursion to the State Museum of History and Culture of the region was organized for pupils of the Specialized State Secondary School № 65 of Kurgantepa district.
Military-patriotic events were held in Ferghana under the slogan "My army is my pride!"
