Trainings have been organized to develop effective work skills among employees.
Today, professional skills and psychological stability of employees are key factors for achieving high efficiency in the service. The Directorate of Protection of Khorezm region conducted special trainings to strengthen the psychological stability of law enforcement officers and develop their professional and personal qualities.
During the trainings, the participants mastered modern psychological and communication technologies, as well as gained practical skills in their application in the work process. Special attention was paid to the topics of teamwork, stress management, emotional intelligence development and effective decision-making in crisis situations.
The classes were conducted using interactive methods, and participants improved their knowledge and skills through practical exercises and role-playing games. They had the opportunity to communicate with experienced specialists and get answers to their questions.
As a result of the training, the professional competencies of employees have improved significantly, and skills such as communication culture, responsible decision-making, and stress tolerance have been strengthened. The participants shared their impressions and suggestions, and expressed their opinion on further improvement of such events.
