An important meeting was held in the Directorate of Protection of Navoi region on issues of service discipline and employee performance. The event was held with the participation of the management of the Department of Protection.

The meeting discussed key aspects of the departmentʼs work, including systematic efforts to maintain discipline among personnel, a culture of communication with citizens, and measures to significantly reduce offenses. The meeting participants paid special attention to the issues of compliance with official discipline and the prevention of corruption.

The speakers discussed in detail the problems associated with violations committed by employees, analyzed the causes of their occurrence and discussed measures to prevent similar situations in the future. Special attention was paid to the issues of non-interference in matters not related to official duties.

During the meeting, the results of the work of the Directorate of Protection of Navoi region for the current year were summed up.
