In order to strengthen the psychological stability of the personnel and improve the quality of their work, psychologists from the Protection Service of Tashkent region conducted educational seminars and training sessions.

The main theme of the events was "Topical issues of personality psychology." As part of the program, participants studied in detail typical situations of mental stress that arise in their professional activities and mastered practical methods of overcoming stressful conditions using modern psychological technologies.

The classes provided contributed to strengthening the mental health of employees and improving the efficiency of their work. The participants developed a stable psychological readiness for professional workloads in both the official and personal spheres. In addition, it was possible to create a favorable psychological climate in the service teams, which has a positive effect on overall performance and interaction within the teams.

Along with this, a psychological training was conducted in Namangan city for personnel on the topic "Relieving mental stress and restoring psychological balance".

The main purpose of the event is to help employees cope with stressful situations that arise during their work. The organizers set themselves the following tasks: to reduce the level of mental stress, strengthen the psychological stability of the staff and create favorable conditions for maintaining emotional well-being.

As part of the training, the participants mastered a set of practical exercises and modern psychological techniques. The experts paid special attention to stress management techniques, ways to control negative emotions and methods of creating a healthy psychological atmosphere in the team.

The training program included various forms of work: interactive classes allowed to practice skills in close to real conditions, group discussions facilitated the exchange of experience and the development of joint solutions, and psychotechnical exercises helped to develop the ability to self-regulate and quickly restore psycho-emotional balance.
