Psychological specialists from the Department of Protection and its regional divisions regularly organize training sessions for personnel. In particular, such trainings were recently conducted for employees of the Directorate of Protection of Syrdarya and Jizzakh regions.
As psychologists emphasized during the trainings, a special place in professional activity is occupied by the integration and adaptation of the individual into the team, a strict daily routine and interpersonal relationships that differ from work and ordinary life. This, in turn, involves analyzing and resolving difficulties and conflicts that arise between employees and their families during service, in family relationships and in a friendly environment, as well as providing some assistance in setting new goals and making independent decisions.
It was also explained through various games and real-life examples that the more natural and understandable the first words employees use when entering into interpersonal communication, the faster and easier it is to establish and develop sincere communication with them.
At the end of the trainings, the specialists answered the questions of the employees in detail.
