A comprehensive monitoring of the mahallas was conducted under the leadership of the Directorate of Protection of Andijan region. During the inspection, the state of public safety in the subordinate territories was comprehensively studied, the observance of official discipline by Protection personnel was analyzed, and the effectiveness of their interaction during preventive measures was assessed.

Special attention is paid to the daily activities of employees serving at protected facilities. The technical condition of the equipment and weapons used, the quality of the security organization, the level of responsibility and vigilance of the staff were checked.

An essential part of the audit was the analysis of the work of rapid response teams. We assessed not only the timing of arrival on calls, but also the tactics of actions in various situations, the ability of employees to quickly analyze the situation and make the right decisions.

Additionally, the monitoring centers were audited. The organization of round-the-clock monitoring of objects, the effectiveness of the use of digital controls, as well as the responsiveness to incoming signals are investigated.

Based on the results of the events, an objective view of the current state of affairs has been formed: the available resources and capabilities of the Protection service have been identified, problem areas requiring elimination have been identified, and priorities for the coming period have been identified.
