Inspections and control measures aimed at preventing traffic accidents and monitoring compliance with traffic rules were carried out with the participation of employees of the territorial services of the Department of Protection.

During the events, the management and staff of the Traffic Safety Department of the Department of Internal Affairs in the regions explained the importance of improving the culture of compliance with traffic regulations by both drivers and pedestrians, as well as the principle of the inevitability of punishment for any violations. Special attention was paid to the key rules of safe driving: the need to observe the speed limit, avoid distractions while driving and maintain constant vigilance when driving a vehicle. In addition, the personnel were instructed to study the new edition of the traffic rules.

Following the meetings, the responsible persons conducted an inspection of the technical condition of official and personal vehicles. Employees were once again reminded of the need to treat other road users with respect and strictly observe traffic regulations when driving on the roads.
