The first consultative meeting of the Veterans Council of the Department of Protection was held
In order to improve Protection activities and find professional solutions to system problems, an advisory board was established, which included veterans of the Department of Protection, specialists who have worked in the system for many years and are now retired.
The first meeting of the council was held today at the Directorate of Protection of Tashkent city. The event was attended by the management of the Department of Protection, industry officials, service veterans and members of the public. During the meeting, the participants discussed in detail the current state of the security system, ongoing reforms, new working methods and development priorities. The issues affecting the effectiveness of security services were also discussed in the format of an open dialogue.
The meeting participants emphasized the key role of the Protection system in ensuring peace, tranquility and security in the country. In this regard, the most important urgent tasks were identified: improving the professional level of employees, constantly improving their knowledge and skills, as well as strict control over compliance with official discipline.
Considerable attention was paid to the issue of training young personnel. It was noted that for the progressive development of the industry, it is fundamentally important to educate highly qualified specialists who meet modern requirements. It is equally important to develop their professional dedication, responsibility and initiative, as well as consistently strengthen the system of social and spiritual support.
The veterans present at the meeting generously shared their accumulated professional experience. They put forward a number of practical proposals aimed at improving the efficiency of the service and introducing modern, reliable mechanisms. The young employees, in turn, presented their own ideas, which were significantly supplemented and refined during the discussion, taking into account the valuable recommendations of their senior colleagues.
Following the meeting, a collection of proposals was formed and accepted for execution, which systematized all the opinions expressed, both by veterans and current employees.
Such consultative meetings are of great importance, as they serve as an important step towards improving the work of the security system.
