Close cooperation with Protection personnel and their families
Employees of the psychological support group of the Protection Service of Namangan region regularly carry out complex psychological work with personnel. In the course of this activity, individual interviews are organized, in which the employeesʼ professional activities are analyzed, their mental state is assessed, and social and domestic problems are identified.
For an in-depth study of the living conditions of employees and the prevention of possible difficulties, specialists carry out home visits. Such visits allow an objective assessment of the psychological climate in the family, identify potential problems at an early stage and study the living conditions.
During the visits, detailed conversations are held covering key aspects of family life. The general living conditions, the nature of the relationship between family members, the specifics of raising children, as well as the level of psychological stress arising from official activities are discussed.
