A round table on "Cyberattack and cybersecurity" was held at the Directorate of Protection of Ferghana region. The event was organized jointly with the staff of the Department of Cybersecurity of the Department of Internal Affairs with the participation of security personnel.

The main purpose of the meeting was to increase the level of knowledge of employees about modern digital threats. During the event, the participants discussed in detail the types of cyber attacks, effective ways to protect against them, as well as key rules for the safe use of the Internet.

The experts provided detailed information on the most pressing cybersecurity issues. The mechanisms of phishing attacks and malware distribution were considered, reliable methods of protecting accounts, passwords and personal data were highlighted. Special attention was paid to the requirements for ensuring information security at enterprises and organizations, as well as new types of fraud and cybercrime, which are actively spreading on social networks.
